It's already the last Friday in July tomorrow and we'll be having sew and tell for the month!
I took my kids with me to the fabric store last week and came home with these fabrics. Not *my* normal choices. But sometimes you just have to make the kids happy. I'll be posting pictures of what I made with it tomorrow.
See you then!

Hi Miss Amy! I have missed your posts. :o) Your fabrics look like fun. Can't wait to see what you created for your children. :o) Have a great weekend.
Who? Sorry, couldn't resist ;o)
Looking forward to seeing what you turned those guys into
That looks like fun fabric... PJs? Pillow cases?
Tom and Jerry? Blast from the past! My kids like to play off my addiction when I take them to the fabric store also. Somehow it brings a glimmer of hope that they, too will be a lover of sewing.
Actually, I LOVE Tom & Jerry. That brings back memories of when I was young and worry-free, and Saturday mornings were a cartoon festival instead of a laundry marathon! Sew these up quickly, though -- childhood fabric picks age really fast. I have some John Deere tractor and Bob the Builder fabrics in my own stash from when my son was a toddler -- and now that he's almost 12, he doesn't think they're quite so cool anymore!
How fun! I always find it interesting to see what my kids pick, when I offer to buy them a piece of fabric for a project. Always a good time!
