Yeah, so do I - a vague recollection that I started something I didn't finish. Yet.
I'm really sorry everyone! I had dreams of blog buttons and link ups and prizes and then life happened and I didn't follow through.
I want to make it up to you! I did get a great sponsor to sign on and want to schedule our linky party. I have been making some progress but am not quite finished.
Did you take a before shot? Are you still working on it?
I'm thinking we'll do it mid May. Are you still in? Will you forgive me? :)

Ah, yes. *That* I DID take a before picture (several, actually). I did NOT make any progress. But only because I'm not much of a self-starter when it comes to cleaning. But if you had an assignment for me, say, spend 15 minutes today organizing your sewing room (and repeat for several days), I might (might!) get somewhere. May is good. See you then.
Yeah, I've been trying to get things pretty and organized, but it's one step forward two step back. It's hard to keep things tidy if you use the area. I can keep it neat if I don't touch anything. And yes, I do have before pictures, a hurricane of a mess.
forgive you? are you kidding? I'm sooooo glad to have extra time! I took my before pics {even more embarassing than I feared, lol} & started 'cleaning'. So far it is worse than when I started, with the large tubs of my fabric somehow migrating from the closet into the middle of the floor, and they don't fit in the closet anymore! This is a bigger job than I thought :)
I think I might have managed to clean off the sofa by then :oD
I am in. I have the before, started cleaning up, and fizzled. The turquoise cart is helping.... but still, half baked attempt over here. But sponser? Prizes? Mid may sounds quite perfect for a little space pick me up :)
I am totally in! I have the before shots and done with a few areas but still so much to do! trying to make this little 10x10 room that holds years of scrapbooking and sewing supplies is hard, I can never get rid of anything :) so trying to keep all of it (well almost all of it) and keep it looking nice also :)
thanks for the push!!!
I *just* found out about this and I'm so excited because my room is a disaster. And I need all the motivation I can get. :)
I am totally in - because I'm getting ready to move the quilt ministry stash to church and reclaim my sewing studio for my own personal stuff, which is spread all over creation! So I'll have one set of "before" shots, and two sets of "after shots!! Mid May is perfect, too! Woohoo!!
I took some before shots and you at least motivated me to go through the box of batting from my MIL. But I'm currently pretending the clean up challenge doesn't extend to the closet and the big box of inherited ugly fabric. (seriously, it's bad)
Amy,
Thanks for the call the other day. So good to catch up! I will try updating our blog soon with some pics of our house (I finally feel we're getting settled with adequate furniture ... it's takes awhile!) :) Hope all is going well on your side of the country!
Hugs!!!
Jenny
I have some before shots, and I now have nice new shelves my hubby put in, and I am in the process of neatly putting stuff back on the shelves - though my stuff seemed to multiply while the shelves were being built. This will be good motivation to sort through stuff and not just cram back on shelves
I might still be in - if I could actually get something done! And I haven't taken a before picture, but I haven't done anything yet!
