They did have the DS Quilts fabrics. Well, some of them. But not the dots which is really what I wanted. But they did have the Farmdale!
I'll add these 2 yards to the yard I already have. To have and to hoard until death do us part.
The patterns were cheap and I'm using them as templates so I don't have to reninvent the whole wheel, just part of it.
I want to make a yoked skirt like the ones I've been making for my girls. And I have a tunic that I want to replicate, and this was the closest thing I've seen. I'm hoping to be able to change the raglan type sleeve, to a set in one. We'll see how that goes.... Wish me luck!

Jealous! I didn't see any farmdale at my joanns! And I was dissapointed with the lack of DS too. They only had two of the navy with flowers...And that isn't one that I like!
which dots were you wanting? the pink or the blues? the Joanns in my area has some. how much would you want? please e-mail me I can help you out.I already have some of both and can part with some. or pick up more.
I can totally understand having to justify the drive there. I won't complain again when I have to go to Joann's that is only 20 minutes from my house.

I found some of that Farmdale on one of my JoAnn runs as well. It's fabulous! I also got some of the apples to go with it. Love it!
